Belief and Perception: A Research Exploration

What began as a journey to find the self unfolded into a profound realization—awareness shapes individual reality.

The Art of Knowing One emerged from a deep exploration of how belief systems influence our perspectives on existence. It seeks to understand the many ways we construct meaning, shaping the lens through which we experience life. This inquiry immerses itself in the vast facets of existence, ultimately converging into the absolute—One Mind, The Consciousness.

The Art of Being Human was born from my independent belief that we are the creators of our reality. It explores the human psyche—how thoughts, emotions, and awareness interact to shape perception and existence. Moving beyond passive observation, it invites direct engagement with the mind’s role in constructing reality, revealing the dynamic relationship between self-awareness and the world we experience.

Years of self-exploration evolved into a study of the human psyche, which I have divided into three main areas of my research, with many intersections along the way:

How does Quantum Mechanics come in to play?

Quantum represents that which is beyond human perception—an unseen realm where the very essence of what we call consciousness resides. It is within this space of nothingness, the void, that all of existence is birthed. Our biological vessel, like everything in the universe, is a creation of consciousness.

While we understand that nothing truly "exists" in the way we perceive it, it is within the quantum field that we experience our biological phenomenon. Consciousness, in its purest form, is experiencing itself, continuously creating and evolving through its own learning. In every moment, we are uniquely one with existence, yet never the same in the next. This paradox reflects the fluid nature of our reality.

Although our perception suggests that time flows linearly, time and space are, in fact, non-existent—merely concepts and belief systems constructed by our minds. If one were to consciously observe themselves in awareness, they would realize that at any given moment, they are frozen in time and space, yet never truly experience this. Therefore, the quantum nature of existence proves that the past, present, and future are already in existence and move fluidly.

Thus, the body—this physical form—is but an illusion. It must generate itself from a space of creation: the void, or what is commonly referred to as the pineal gland—the DMT space of the brain. In this space, consciousness resides, experiencing itself, ever-changing, and ever-evolving.

Therefore, coming to terms with this knowledge through disengagement and the deconditioning of the mind from preconceived notions through Defali allows one to free themselves and create their own reality—becoming a sovereign being.
