You
A meditation on coming home
Tajin
(A place of the invisible beings)
You have forsaken me
In your ignorance,
Yet I remain, inherently,
In your inherence.
I am the blessing
You feel in the cool breeze
Of summer months,
The warm sun
Of harsh winters.
I am the absolute anatomy
Of your being,
The chaotic aneurysm
Of your mind.
I am the lonesome lane
Waiting by the bench
At your door.
Come, when you’re done searching.
Come, knock on this door.
Watch me answer faithfully
To your call.
I AM, oh darling,
I AM your soul.
Meditation Technique
Be comfortable and gaze at the image above in front of you for 30 seconds. Close your eyes and imagine the two yellow parts of the painting as the two hemisphere of your brain, with the middle circle representing your pineal gland, the seat of your spirit. Rest your awareness there, letting the symbols lay at the front and back of your mind. These symbols are seeds of peace, penetrating the unconscious mind to activate the dormant parts of soul. Remember, the soul, mind, and spirit are all one—only divided by our perception of experience. Hold this awareness gently as you remain in a state of unity as long as you want. You may choose to record this meditation to guide yourself through it.
