Weight of Worry
When you worry, it is your funeral, all arranged by yourself - Sri Paramahansa Yogananda

The world is so divided in its fashion of worry—the worry that we must somehow save the world from war, from chaos, from the looming threats to Earth and Humanity. Everyone seems eager to spread love, make a difference, and heal the world. But have we stopped to ask: How can we share what we haven’t given to ourselves?
Before reaching outward, we must pause and reflect. Have you ever truly loved yourself? Have you ever thought deeply about healing the self?
What does it mean to love yourself, truly? To love oneself is to discover your highest expression. And how do you reach that expression? By asking who you truly are and letting go of people, places, and possessions that no longer align with your honest self. Let the weight of old investments and outdated realities fall away. In letting go of the old matrix you allow yourself to heal from within.
When you stop resisting life and choose to surrender, you gain clarity about who you truly are. In this state of oneness with yourself, “love” ceases to be an act or an emotion. Love becomes you. Simply being your true self, you radiate love and joy across borders, across time, myths, and legends. Even after your physical presence fades, your love endures, eternally.
Look at what Buddha, Rumi, and Hafez left the world. We don’t sit in their classrooms, yet a single line of their teaching can elevate the soul to absolute transcendence.
The world will continue as it always has, shaped by the experiences of the collective who choose to engage with it in that way. You, who know who you are, will always create an Earth capable of holding the love that you are. Earth does not need saving—it is the mind that needs saving from the destructive collective consciousness and guided to one that is at peace with itself. So don’t be consumed by the emotion of ‘worry’, it is the creation of the loveless self.
Men is imbued with infinite realities

Reality
Deep peace, silence
of the mind.
One where all of living and its thoughts
are resting without resistance.
One no longer wishes to
run away from the chaos.
Chaos is in silence, in solitude.
Meadows, sunsets, stars—
all are resting with the traffic of humanity.
Humane, is naturality.
