In the calmness of morning the ocean returned me to the shore
The merciful sand gave me ground to breathe
And I sat to watch the orange red hue sunrise on the horizon of this vast ocean
The waves intermittently touch my knees
Flood me with memories of my time with them
The excitement
The struggle
The want to return
The desire to learn
The swims to survive
The floats to rest
And in final surrender to drowning
I let go off all my burdens
Burdenless, I returned
So now I bask
I bask in this integration
I bask in the glorious knowledge of self
